What Information May Be Deleted
When a deletion request is approved, we may delete or anonymize account-related information such as:
- Name, username, and email address associated with the account.
- Profile information connected to the user account.
- Saved preferences or non-essential account details.
- Membership access records that are no longer required for service, security, or legal purposes.
Information We May Need to Keep
Some information may need to be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons. For example, limited transaction records may be kept where required by payment providers or applicable regulations.
Active Memberships
If you have an active paid membership, deleting your account may affect access to premium content. If your subscription is managed through a third-party payment provider, you may also need to cancel the subscription through that provider to stop future billing.
Processing Time
We aim to review account deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. In most cases, requests are reviewed within 7 to 30 days, depending on verification, account status, and payment records.
