Account Deletion
This page explains how users can request deletion of their Master Football Tipster account and related personal information.
Delete Your Account
If you have an MFT account and would like it deleted, you can request deletion by contacting us from the email address associated with the account.

Send the request from the email address connected to your MFT account whenever possible. This helps us verify ownership and protect accounts from unauthorized deletion.

Delete or Anonymize
Eligible personal information is deleted or anonymized, subject to any data we must legally retain.
What Information May Be Deleted
Depending on the account and applicable legal requirements, deletion may include or anonymize:
- Name, username, email address, and profile information associated with the account.
- Saved preferences and non-essential account details.
- Access and membership information that is no longer required to provide the service or maintain necessary records.
- Other personal information that is no longer needed for a lawful purpose.
Information We May Need to Keep
Some records may need to be retained even after account deletion where required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes. Where possible, retained data will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Effect on Paid Access
Deleting an account can permanently remove access to any remaining paid content linked to that account. The current Premium 30-Day Pass and separately purchased MFT 3.00 Combo do not automatically renew, so there is no recurring MFT billing to cancel for these products.
If MFT offers a different recurring product in the future, its cancellation instructions will be shown separately before purchase.
Deletion and Refunds Are Separate Requests
Deleting an account does not automatically create a refund or cancel an existing purchase. Refund or access questions are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests without undue delay. The time required may depend on identity verification, account status, transaction records, technical processing, and any retention obligations that apply.
