Digital Access Products<\/h2>\n        <p>Master Football Tipster (&#8220;MFT&#8221;) provides online football prediction content and digital access. We do not sell physical goods through the Premium 30-Day Pass or MFT 3.00 Combo, so there are no physical returns, exchanges, shipping returns, or original-packaging requirements.<\/p>\n\n        <h2>2. Premium 30-Day Pass<\/h2>\n        <p>The Premium 30-Day Pass is currently sold as a one-time payment for 30 days of Premium access. It does not automatically renew.<\/p>\n        <p>After successful payment and activation, the user receives access to the Premium content available during the paid access period, subject to the content and availability rules described on the website and in the Terms of Use.<\/p>\n\n        <h2>3. MFT 3.00 Combo<\/h2>\n        <p>The separately purchased MFT 3.00 Combo is a one-time purchase for the specific Combo available at the time of purchase. It does not include future Combos and does not create a Premium membership.<\/p>\n        <p>Because the Combo is time-sensitive digital content, access may end when the purchased Combo is settled, replaced, retired, or reaches the access limit stated on the website.<\/p>\n\n        <h2>4. When a Refund May Be Appropriate<\/h2>\n        <p>Please contact us if any of the following occurs:<\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>You were charged more than once for the same purchase because of a payment or checkout error.<\/li>\n          <li>Payment was completed but the purchased access was not activated and we are unable to restore the access within a reasonable time.<\/li>\n          <li>The wrong MFT product was charged because of a technical error attributable to the website or payment flow.<\/li>\n          <li>A refund, price reduction, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable consumer law.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <h2>5. Change of Mind After Digital Access Begins<\/h2>\n        <p>MFT content is supplied digitally and may become available immediately after payment. A change of mind does not automatically create a refund right once digital access or performance has begun, except where applicable law gives the consumer such a right.<\/p>\n        <p>For consumers in countries where a statutory withdrawal or cancellation period applies, MFT will respect the mandatory rights that apply to the transaction.<\/p>\n\n        <h2>6. European Consumer Withdrawal Rights<\/h2>\n        <p>Consumers in the European Union and other jurisdictions with similar rules may have a statutory withdrawal right for certain distance purchases. Special rules can apply when online digital content or digital services are supplied immediately.<\/p>\n        <p>Where applicable law permits the withdrawal right to end after immediate digital performance begins, MFT will rely on that loss of the right only where the legally required express consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation have been obtained. A statement in this Refund Policy or in the Terms of Use alone does not replace any consent required by law.<\/p>\n        <p>If the legally required consent or information has not been provided, the consumer may retain rights available under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n        <h2>7. Results of Football Predictions Are Not a Refund Basis<\/h2>\n        <p>A losing prediction, unsuccessful Combo, lower-than-expected win rate, change in bookmaker odds, unavailable betting market, or disagreement with an analysis does not by itself make the digital service defective and does not create an automatic refund right.<\/p>\n        <p>MFT does not guarantee winnings, profits, odds, or football results.<\/p>\n\n        <h2>8. Temporary Technical Problems<\/h2>\n        <p>If a temporary website, account, hosting, or payment-provider issue affects access, please contact support. We will first try to restore the purchased access. Where restoration is not reasonably possible, we will consider the appropriate remedy under this policy and applicable law.<\/p>\n\n        <h2>9. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges<\/h2>\n        <p>If you believe a payment was duplicated or unauthorized, contact <strong>support@masterfootballtipster.com<\/strong> as soon as possible and include the email used for the account or payment, purchase date, product, and transaction reference where available.<\/p>\n        <p>You may also have separate rights with your payment provider. Payment-provider dispute procedures do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n        <h2>10. How to Request a Refund<\/h2>\n        <p>Send your request to <strong>support@masterfootballtipster.com<\/strong> and include:<\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>The email address used for your MFT account or payment.<\/li>\n          <li>The product purchased: Premium 30-Day Pass or MFT 3.00 Combo.<\/li>\n          <li>The purchase date.<\/li>\n          <li>The transaction or order reference, if available.<\/li>\n          <li>A short explanation of the reason for the request.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <p>We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase, account ownership, or payment issue.<\/p>\n\n        <h2>11. Refund Method and Timing<\/h2>\n        <p>When a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method or the payment-provider process available for that transaction. Processing times may depend on PayPal, the card issuer, bank, or other payment provider and may be outside MFT&#8217;s direct control.<\/p>\n\n        <h2>12. No Physical Returns or Exchanges<\/h2>\n        <p>Because MFT sells digital access rather than physical merchandise, sections commonly found in retail return policies about shipping, damaged parcels, exchanges, gifts, sale items, or mailing products back do not apply.<\/p>\n\n        <h2>13. Mandatory Consumer Rights<\/h2>\n        <p>Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or replaces consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer-protection law applicable to a purchase, the mandatory law takes priority.<\/p>\n\n        <h2>14.
